This release includes the following elements:

MDT-4000 fw v1.2
-  Add Outline network discovery protocol emulation.

-  WebApi - Goto command can sometimes start motion when system 
            is already at target position.

-  WebApi - the goto absolute position commands can sometimes 
            cause motion in the opposite direction.

- In unwind mode, the home function sometimes does not 
    return to absolute zero.

- REST API can sometimes timeout and not respond to a REST command.

- Add auto-ip address assignment process if DHCP is enabled, 
    but DHCP server does not respond.

- Update LanSettings screen so it will update and display the IP configuration
    if/when the DHCP process obtains a valid IP address, when switch from either
    AutoIP or Static modes into DHCP mode.

MDT-4000 CLI (mdt4000util.exe) v1.0
- Initial customer release.
