This release includes the following elements:

MDT-4000 fw v1.1
- Change "GET/SET STEPACC" to be "GET/SET STEP_ACC" to align with documented command.
- Fix the "SET STEP_ACC" command so it will accept values between 1 to 45 deg/sec.
- Avoid re-displaying the "Encoder no connected" screen to avoid flashing effect.

MDT-4000 CLI (mdt4000util.exe) v1.0
- Initial customer release.
