This release includes the following elements:

BTC-4149 instrument firmware version v4.7
- Update the sample rate readout to include text that indicates
  that it is the Bluetooth sample rate, not the rear panel sample rate.
- Update the Audio... button to indicate the USB or SPDIF sample rate.
- Indicate the current status of USB audio streaming by displaying
  "-- kHz" when the USB is not streaming and the actual sample
  rate when USB is streaming.
- Set the sample rate feedback update rate to the minimum time period
  so the USB host can read the feedback at the maximum rate.
- Consolidate many of the globals distributed in various files into
  a common file.
- Update the AudioSettings screen to only show the sample rate selections
  when the audio source is SPDIF.  When the source is USB, display
  a message stating that the USB SampleRate is determined by the USB host.
