This release includes the following elements:

BTC-4149 instrument firmware version v4.6
- Fix USB audio distortion that would sometimes occur after streaming
  audio from several minutes.  The underlying issue is that the BTC
  was not tracking the actual USB sample rate with enough accuracy
  to keep the PC in sync using the sample rate feedback endpoint.
- Merge in the following features from the BtFwDev branch for the BTC-4148
   - Add support for setting the HFP_SCO_ROLE
   - Add support for setting the system COD
   - Add support for the HSP profile when the system is configured in the SINK role.

PtdCsrFw version 11.6
- Add support for the HSP profile.
- Add support for controlling the system ClassOfDevice (COD)

BTC-4149 command line interface(btc4149.exe) version 1.4
- Add a new options to control the ClassOfDevice (COD)
