This release includes the following elements:

BTC-4149 instrument firmware version 4.3
- Remove the GUI code that inferred the A2DP audio play status based
  on the measured I2S sample rate.  The code now relys on the AVRCP
  control messages if AVRCP is connected, otherwise it uses the A2DP
  streaming status messages to track the audio playback status.

PtdCsrFw version 11.3
- When the remote device supports A2DP but not AVRCP, when the A2DP audio
  stream is stopped, stop the low-level BT audio stream.
