This release includes the following elements:

BTC-4148A instrument firmware version 3.17
- Display friendly name below BT address on GUI.
- Only set the hfp and a2dp volume levels on link open events
  if we are configured as the SINK type device.

Bluetooth firmware version 10.15
- Don't set the HF volume level when the HFP link is opened.
- Listen for the SPEAKER and MIC SYNC messages from the HF and
  record the current HF volume level so it can be discovered
  from btcutil.
