- Re-build the PtdBcspDfu.exe program for x86 target in stead of x64 target.
  This fixes the issue of updating directly from Melody-5.5-RC10 to PtdCsrFw-10.xxx.

This release includes the following elements:

PtdCsrFw version 10.15

BTC-4148 command line interface(btcutil.exe) version 1.23

BTC-4148 windows installer v42

USB virtual communications port driver, version 1.0
