- Update GUI and CLI to report either HFP (hands free profile) or HSP (head set profile).
- Add independent control for opening/closing both the HFP and HSP profiles.
- Add ability to set the COD for both the SINK and SOURCE roles.

- Add independent control for opening/closing both the HFP and HSP profiles.
- If the remote device opens the HSP profile, the system will automatically disable the mSBC codec
  so the HSP audio will always negotiate and open the CVSD codec.
