This release includes the following elements:

BQC-4149 instrument firmware version: 4.5
- Add support for controlling the AVRCP volume using the full [0-127] range.

Bluetooth module firmware version: 11.7
- Sync with latest BT firmware built for BTC-4149.

BQC-4149 command line interface(bqc4149.exe) version: 1.2
- Add the /ar --avrcp-raw-volume option that allows the volume
  to be set in the range of 0-127.

USB virtual communications port driver, version 1.0
