This release includes the following elements:

BQC-4149 instrument firmware version: 4.4
- Re-build fw to pick up changes made for BTC-4149 fw v4.7 that
  fixes the USB sample rate feedback audio distortion issue.

Bluetooth module firmware version: 11.6
- Sync with latest BT firmware built for BTC-4149.
- The changes between 11.4 and 11.6 have to do with supporting
  the HSP profile, but the HSP profile is only supported for the
  SINK role.

BQC-4149 command line interface(bqc4149.exe) version: 1.1

USB virtual communications port driver, version 1.0
